Request data deletion.
Shelf Sort does not require a player account. You can still ask us to delete personal data relating to your game or support enquiry.
Send your request
- Email info@polytude.com with the subject Shelf Sort data deletion request.
- Tell us whether the request concerns a support conversation, optional usage statistics, crash reports or another privacy matter.
- Include your game version and, if relevant, the email address used for support. We may ask for limited additional information to find records associated with your installation. Do not send passwords or payment details.
What can be deleted
We can handle requests for support correspondence and identifiable optional usage statistics or crash reports that we can associate with your installation. We will explain if we cannot locate a record from the information available. Advertising providers may control some records themselves; their privacy controls and contact information are described in the game privacy policy.
Data on your device
Campaign progress, daily progress, settings, coins, tool credits and backups are stored on your device. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling removes its local save. Delete any exported backup copies separately. This is permanent unless you have a backup and does not itself delete information already sent to a service provider. You can turn off optional usage statistics and crash reports independently in Settings.
Retention and exceptions
Support correspondence is normally deleted within 12 months after an issue is resolved. Identifiable analytics data and exports under our control are retained for no more than 14 months; crash records may expire sooner. A deletion request can ask for earlier deletion. We may retain limited records where required by law, to resolve a dispute or for essential security and fraud prevention, and will explain any applicable exception. Aggregated information that no longer identifies an installation may be retained.
